The Yoga & Meditation Centre provides succor to several tired souls. Recharge your batteries and connect with your Self at this centre, run by the practioners of this ancient art specially brought in from Kerala.

For residents with specific problems, special -asanas (yoga positions) are given to resolve these.

Yoga classes are conducted everyday early in the morning with the sound of the birds and swaying palms in the back-ground creating an ideal setting to forget the material world.
