CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund against confirmed booking, when
cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival date.
·
20% will be the cancellation charge for
bookings when cancelled before 15 days.
NO-SHOW POLICY
·
Guest should check in on the arrival date else
will be treated as No-Show to the resort.
·
For late check- in, guest must intimate to the
resort.
·
In case of No-Show, there will be no refund of
the advance paid.
1.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to
availability and subject to additional charges.
2.
Guests must carry valid address specified ID
proof at the time of check-in.
3.
Guests with all-inclusive package can have
their meals served at the restaurant. The restaurant offers either à la carte
or buffet meals depending upon the operational convenience. However, guests may
ask for any specific food preference from the menu as desired.
4.
Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant
during the following fixed hours:

Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
·
Lunch: 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM
·
Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM
5.
Non-occupants are not allowed to gather or
visit the guests in rooms.
6.
Food and liquor bought from outside are not
allowed in the resort.
7.
Pets are not allowed in our resort.
8.
Any damages made to property by guests will
attract additional charges.
- Charges will be
there for consumption of extra electricity other than the resorts
lighting.
10.
Resort will have the rights of closing the party if there will be
any unruly incident happening while the party is on
11. Belongings &
valuables of guests lost during the event or stay shall not be the
responsibility of the resort.
12. Professional
photography & videography such as pre-wedding shoots, model photography,
music album, film shooting, etc. are chargeable.
13. Necessary license
need to be obtained for special occasions.
